WHO are you?
My name is Nikki R. Thomas. I’ve been a New Yorker (by way of Georgia) for over 13 years.
WHAT do you do?
I’m licensed associate real estate broker with the Corcoran Group. I work with buyers, sellers, renters and landlords, but I especially love working with “first timers” in the market!
WHERE do you do it?
I help people buy, sell and rent homes in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
WHY do you do it?
Buying or selling a home can be so difficult at times that you might feel like pulling your hair out. And being in a competitive place like New York City can make you want to throw in the towel altogether.
I can relate. I remember when I looked for my first apartment. It was so frustrating and intimidating! I felt like I needed an entire manual to understand what the heck I should to do!
But that doesn’t have to be the case for you. I want you to have a much better experience than I did. So I’ve made it my mission to help you understand how New York City real estate works.
I pride myself on being responsive, knowledgeable and hard working. I also understand the importance of listening and ensuring that you feel understood. I know how to work in fast paced environments without breaking a sweat thanks to my past experience as a corporate bankruptcy attorney at a major international law firm. And I know how to do it with an upbeat attitude and plenty of Southern charm. That combination doesn’t just help me to close the deal for you – it helps me to create a great real estate experience that you’ll actually want to remember.
It’s a joy for me to help people find their own special place in the city, and I’d love to help you too!
