FALL IS OFFICIALLY HERE!!!🍁🍂🎃🧥
While I’m definitely sad that summer is done, the change to crisper weather has definitely lifted my spirits. Fall is actually my favorite season in NYC. And for good reason. Fall fashion. Halloween stoops. Cozy clothes and blankets. Cozy drinks and comforting, delicious food in wonderful places. All surrounded by some of the most iconic scenery in the world. The city is in top form year round, but fall is truly one of her BEST. 🤩 Looking forward to seeing what the season brings!
What are you most eager to do in NYC now that fall is here? Tell me what you’re getting out and about to do. I might wanna draw some inspiration from some of your ideas!

Let’s take a look at an exquisite pre-war home in Murray Hill listed by my colleague Ned Hudson at Corcoran (@ned_hudsonnyc).
And when I say pre-war, I mean almost before the Civil War. But don’t worry - all the essential stuff is quite up to date in the best possible way!
Listing details:
23 East 37th 4F/R
Asking: $2,295,000
DM me for more listing info or if you’d like to check it out 🙂
Corrections: This particular building was constructed in 1862. The building across the street was J.P. Morgan Jr.’s house — J.P. Morgan bought it for his son around 1905 (nice of him) from the Phelps family, who built it around 1853. J.P. Morgan would later demolish two other buildings just like it on the same block to build his home and his namesake library in the early 1900s.

Sometimes the third time really is the charm. ✨And that’s exactly what happened with this listing from a few years ago.
As you can quite plainly see from the photos, it was a fabulous spot. And we got TONS of interest right from the first open house. In fact, we got multiple offers! 💥And we accepted one right away.
But then, that one didn’t work out. No big deal. On to the next, as we kept the other interested buyers in the loop.
And things were looking great. Until that one didn’t work out either. At this point, my sellers were obviously flabbergasted, as I was. One deal falling through happens frequently, but TWO?! OOOOF! 😰
Fortunately, during this whole time, I had been keeping everyone who was interested in the listing appraised of the status of the listing. Because no matter how “stable” a deal might appear, how excited a buyer or seller might seem, until a deal is signed on the dottled line by BOTH parties, anything can happen.
And it was a good thing I did because for that third buyer, the two previous deals falling through were a dream come true. And they held out hope that it could still work out because of my continuous communications with their agent. Once they got the news, they moved ASAP to get the deal inked. 🙌🏾🤩
Being optimistic is important in this business. But it’s also important to be realistic, persistent and resilient. I try to keep all of these things in balance so I can do the best possible job for my clients.
If you’re thinking of making a move into homeownership or ready to upgrade to your next chapter, send me a DM so we talk about how I might put those skills to use for you! 📩

In this edition of the Real Estate Tea, we’ll take a look at how the sales market fared in Manhattan and Brooklyn during the month of July 2026. TL;DR - sales have slowed down in Manhattan but are better than last year, meanwhile Brooklyn’s market is looking QUITE perky for the summer time! Watch the video for details.
